Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the Aokelang website and to all quotations, orders and sales of commercial floor machines, spare parts and related services supplied by Aokelang. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
1. About Us

In these terms, “Aokelang”, “we” and “us” refer to the company above, and “buyer” or “you” refers to the business placing an order.
2. Use of This Website
When using this website, you agree:
- To use it only for lawful business purposes
- Not to copy, reproduce or resell website content, images or product data without our written permission
- Not to attempt to damage, disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the website
Product information on this website is provided for general reference. Specifications may change without notice as products are improved.
3. Quotations and Orders
All sales are based on a written quotation and order confirmation:
- Quotations are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise
- An order is accepted only when we issue a proforma invoice or written order confirmation
- The model, quantity, configuration, price, shipping terms and lead time stated in the order confirmation form part of the contract
- Changes after confirmation must be agreed in writing and may affect price and delivery date
4. Minimum Order Quantity
Our standard minimum order quantities are:
- Distributor orders: 10 units per model
- OEM and private-label orders: 50 units per model
- Sample orders: a single machine may be ordered to test quality
Different models can be combined in one shipment.
5. Prices and Payment
Prices and payment terms are stated on each quotation and proforma invoice:
- Prices are quoted in US dollars unless agreed otherwise
- Prices are based on the agreed shipping term (FOB or CIF) and exclude import duties, taxes and local charges in the buyer’s country
- Payment is made by bank transfer (T/T) according to the terms on the proforma invoice
- Production starts after the deposit is received, and goods are released after full payment
Bank charges on the buyer’s side are paid by the buyer.
6. Production and Delivery
We aim to meet every confirmed delivery date:
- Production lead time is stated in the order confirmation and starts from receipt of the deposit
- Delivery terms follow Incoterms® 2020 as stated on the invoice (FOB or CIF)
- Risk in the goods passes to the buyer as defined by the agreed Incoterm
- Transit times are estimates; we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping lines, ports or customs

7. Inspection and Acceptance
Every machine is tested before packing. The buyer may arrange:
- A video inspection before balance payment
- A third-party inspection or inspection by the buyer’s agent at our factory
Once goods are shipped, the buyer must inspect them on arrival and report any damage, shortage or incorrect item within 7 days, as set out in our Return Policy.
8. Warranty
Aokelang machines are covered by a limited manufacturer’s warranty:
- The warranty period and coverage are stated in the order confirmation and product documentation
- The warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use
- It does not cover wear parts (brushes, pads, squeegee blades, filters), misuse, accidents, unauthorized repairs or modifications, or damage from incorrect power supply
- Warranty support is provided through remote diagnosis and supply of replacement parts
9. Returns
Returns, replacements and credits are handled under our Return Policy. Machines may not be returned without written approval and a return authorization number.
10. OEM, Branding and Intellectual Property
For OEM and private-label orders:
- The buyer confirms it owns or is licensed to use any logo, brand name or artwork supplied
- The buyer is responsible for any claim arising from the use of its branding
- Aokelang keeps all rights in its own designs, technical drawings, product names and website content
Aokelang trademarks and images may only be used by distributors with our written permission.
11. Compliance and Local Regulations
The buyer is responsible for:
- Confirming that the machines meet the regulations, standards and certification requirements of the destination country
- Obtaining any import licences or registrations required locally
- Correct installation, use and maintenance according to the operator manual
On request, we provide the product certificates and declarations of conformity available for each model.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law:
- Our total liability under any order is limited to the price paid for the goods concerned
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, business or contracts
- Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law
13. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failure to perform caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including:
- Natural disasters, epidemics or extreme weather
- War, civil unrest or government action
- Port closures, shipping disruptions or customs delays
- Power shortages or interruptions to the supply of raw materials
We will inform the buyer as soon as possible and agree a revised schedule.
14. Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of [governing law, e.g. the People’s Republic of China]. Both parties will first try to settle any dispute through good-faith discussion. Disputes that cannot be settled will be referred to [dispute body, e.g. arbitration or the courts], unless agreed otherwise in the sales contract.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The version published on this website at the date of your order applies to that order.
