Product Uses
Stations, Airports, and Transportation Hubs
In large public spaces, the XJ80D can operate continuously for 3–4 hours, efficiently cleaning large areas of hard surfaces and providing a reliable environmental maintenance solution during peak hours.
Property Management and Large Communities
Suitable for community plazas, underground parking lots, and public activity areas, the equipment’s flexible minimum turning radius of approximately 1200mm allows operators to easily navigate narrow passages, achieving thorough cleaning.
Warehouses and Logistics Centers
In warehouses and logistics centers with numerous shelves and large floor areas, the XJ80D, with its 80L clean water tank and 85L wastewater tank, can cover large areas in a single cleaning cycle, reducing the frequency of water refills and wastewater discharges and improving operational efficiency.
Product Operate Guide
1. Preparation
Place the XJ80D on a flat surface, ensuring there are no obstructions.
Check that the clean water tank is full of clean water (or diluted cleaning solution) and the dirty water tank is empty.
Confirm that the battery has sufficient power and check that the brush and squeegee are securely installed.
Adjust the seat and steering wheel position to ensure the operator is comfortable and can easily control the machine.
2. Powering On and Operation
Turn on the main power switch; the indicator lights on the dashboard will illuminate, confirming the equipment is functioning normally.
Adjust the brush pressure, selecting low, medium, or high cleaning mode according to the level of dirt on the floor.
Depress the forward pedal and slowly drive the machine to the cleaning area.
Simultaneously activate the brush and suction systems, ensuring brushing and suction are performed concurrently for integrated cleaning.
For corners or narrow passages, adjust the brush manually to assist cleaning to ensure no blind spots.
3. Precautions During Cleaning
Avoid high-speed driving on uneven or slippery surfaces to prevent slipping or damage to the equipment.
For oil stains and stubborn dirt, increase the cleaning solution concentration or decrease the forward speed to improve cleaning effectiveness.
During continuous operation, regularly check the wastewater tank level and empty the wastewater promptly to ensure effective suction.
4. Shutdown and Maintenance
After cleaning, lift the brush disc and shut down the brush disc and suction system.
Turn off the main power and remove the key to ensure the equipment is completely powered off.
Empty the wastewater tank and clean the brush disc, squeegee, and water tank to prevent dirt residue.
Charge the battery and regularly check the battery wiring and fluid level (if it is a maintainable battery).
Regularly check the tightness of the equipment screws, brush disc wear, and the condition of the squeegee rubber strips to maintain optimal equipment operating condition.
